Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant with a strong focus on SCM (Supply Chain Management) and Finance modules. This role requires a blend of technical expertise (80%) and functional knowledge (20%) to support and implement Oracle solutions, particularly within the supplier domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale data conversions, integrations, and end-to-end implementation cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform 80% technical tasks and 20% functional tasks related to Oracle SCM and Finance modules.
  • Conduct large volume data conversions, specifically focusing on the supplier space.
  • Manage and reconcile large datasets, working extensively with Excel.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between different downstream applications.
  • Engage in testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-production support.
  • Track and resolve defects efficiently.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
  • Report project status and progress to higher management.
  • Ensure successful implementation of solutions within the supplier domain.
  • Write custom reports using SQL and Oracle.
  • Provide excellent communication and client handling skills.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Oracle SQL
  • Strong understanding of R12 SCM Functional Implementations
  • Experience in the Supplier Domain
  • Experience with large volume Data Conversion on SCM, specifically in the Supplier space.
  • Experience working with large data and data reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in working with Excel.
  • Experience with integration between different downstream applications.
  • Testing and Defect Tracking methodologies.
  • Writing custom reports in SQL / Oracle.

Functional Knowledge:

  • SCM Functional Knowledge
  • Supplier Domain expertise

Experience:

  • At least R12 SCM Functional Implementations
  • Experience with large volume Data Conversion on SCM, specifically in the Supplier space.
  • Experience working with large data.
  • Experience with integration between different downstream applications.
  • Experience in Testing and Defect Tracking.
  • Experience conducting discussions with business stakeholders.
  • Experience reporting status to higher management.
  • Experience in successful implementation of solutions in the Supplier domain.
  • Good experience in System Integrate Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Postproduction Phases.
  • Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills.

Salary: $60 – $85 per year (Estimated)
