Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle WACS Functional Lead with a strong background in Oracle Utilities projects, specifically WACS, MDM, or C2M. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities and at least 4 years in a leadership role, managing delivery and planning among internal and client stakeholders. This is a remote position requiring collaboration during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours and willingness to travel for client-site workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional aspects of Oracle Utilities projects, focusing on WACS, MDM, or C2M.
- Manage delivery and planning, coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Utilize expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SaaS cloud environments for integrations and solutions.
- Conduct workshops and lead teams effectively, leveraging strong communication skills.
- Gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Oversee DevOps pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement integration strategies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the Oracle Utilities suite.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities projects (WACS, MDM, or C2M).
- At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role, managing delivery and planning.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SaaS cloud environments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and inspire teams.
- Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
- Willingness to travel for client-site workshops.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
