Role Overview: Organizational Change Management Lead
The Organizational Change Management Lead (OCM Lead) is a critical strategic role responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of client engagements. In the rapidly evolving landscape of 2026, where digital transformation and AI integration are paramount, the OCM Lead works directly with customers to define a target state vision following significant organizational shifts. This role is not merely about documentation; it is about enabling human capital to adapt to technological and structural changes with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Stakeholder Identification and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive sessions to identify all key stakeholders impacted by strategic change initiatives. This includes mapping influence, interest, and potential resistance levels across the organization.
- Impact Assessment: Perform deep-dive assessments to understand how changes will be felt at the individual, team, and departmental levels. Document current vs. future state workflows to highlight gaps and friction points.
- OCM Strategy Development: Create robust, fit-for-purpose change management plans that encompass education, communication, and engagement needs. These plans must be tailored to the unique culture and operational requirements of each client.
- Collateral Creation: Design and develop high-quality collateral as defined by the OCM plan, including executive presentations, speaking points, town hall designs, and digital training modules.
- Governance and Leadership: Establish OCM governance processes in collaboration with customer leadership. Manage complex partner relationships and provide executive coaching on standard change methodologies.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks associated with change adoption. Develop mitigation strategies and monitor controls to ensure project stability and ethical compliance.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor Change Specialists assigned to projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the high standards of the organization.
Qualifications and Skills for Success
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of related experience in organizational change management or management consulting. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be heavily considered. We are looking for individuals with outstanding client service skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable key points. Proficiency in modern productivity suites like Google Workspace and MS Office is required. Furthermore, as we move into 2026, fluency in AI tools such as Gemini and Copilot is considered a significant advantage for driving innovative change strategies. Experience with Google Workspace migrations and working within Agile environments is highly preferred.
Special Requirements
Visa constraints: USC, GC, and GC-EAD only. Remote work environment. AI fluency (Gemini/Copilot) preferred.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
