About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned OTM Architect to lead the architectural strategy, solution design, and high-level technical oversight for a large-scale Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud Migration initiative. This role is ideal for a senior OTM expert who can bridge business needs with scalable, future-ready OTM Cloud solutions.
The organization is migrating from OTM on-prem to OTM Cloud, with a primary business goal of driving greater standardization across transportation management processes. This role is open due to ongoing OTM Cloud migration efforts. The organization has already gone live in EMEA and completed the first North America site rollout in December, with continued migration and optimization work ahead.
Key Responsibilities:
- OTM Architecture & Solution Design: Deep experience designing end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) architectures, including modules, data flows, integrations, and extensions. Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable, cloud-ready solution designs. Solid understanding of OTM configuration, automation agents, workflows, and data structures.
- OTM Cloud Migration Expertise: Hands-on experience leading or architecting OTM Cloud migration initiatives. Strong knowledge of migration strategies, including data conversion, configuration rationalization, and integration modernization. Ability to define target state OTM Cloud architecture and guide teams through the transition.
- Integration Leadership: Extensive experience with OTM integrations using OIC, SOA, APIs, or other middleware platforms. Ability to architect integration patterns that ensure performance, scalability, and security.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead design workshops and collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams. Acts as the primary architecture authority, ensuring alignment across all workstreams.
- Governance & Quality Oversight: Experience reviewing and approving functional and technical design documents. Strong at identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies early, with clear mitigation strategies. Ensures solutions comply with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
