Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Package Consultant specializing in SAP FIN PS (Project Systems) with a focus on Capital Accounting. This role is crucial for supporting our clients’ SAP FIN PS solutions and requires an expert who can work directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and provide trusted business advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of and/or hands-on experience with the system, focusing on designing and configuring solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
The consultant will leverage business and industry knowledge, along with techno-functional solution expertise, to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and meet client expectations. This role emphasizes comprehensive solution delivery, including involvement in strategy, solution development, and implementation, utilizing the latest technologies. Collaboration and team building are key, embodying core values to build trust with clients and team members. This includes fostering knowledge sharing, self-awareness, respect, clear communication, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure WBS (Work Breakdown Structures), Networks, Activities, Milestones, and Cost Planning.
- Ensure strong understanding of integration across MM, PP, FI/CO, and SD for seamless execution of assembly projects (procurement and production order assembly) and service projects (including resource-related billing).
- Manage project budgeting, settlement, results analysis, and reporting aligned with manufacturing KPIs.
- Understand integration points with RAR.
- Support SAP FIN PS solutions for clients, acting as an expert.
- Deliver high-quality results and serve as trusted business advice.
- Focus on designing and configuring solutions and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Utilize business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to integrate packaged technology solutions.
- Achieve client expectations through effective solution integration.
- Be involved in strategy and/or solution development and implementation.
- Leverage knowledge of the area and work with the latest technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to design and configure WBS (Work Breakdown Structures), Networks, Activities, Milestones, and Cost Planning.
- Strong understanding of integration across MM, PP, FI/CO, and SD, enabling seamless execution of assembly projects (procurement and production order assembly) and service projects (including resource-related billing).
- Experience with project budgeting, settlement, results analysis, and reporting aligned with manufacturing KPIs.
- Understanding of integration points with RAR.
- Extensive project systems configuration experience with a manufacturing client is required.
- Experience in supporting SAP FIN PS solutions for clients.
- Expertise in working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results.
- Ability to serve as trusted business advice with good understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system.
- Focus on designing and configuring solutions and ensuring successful project delivery.

Additional Requirements:
- Travel requirement to Iron Mountain, Michigan, and Des Moines, Iowa, up to 50% of the time (Expenses paid by client).
- Manufacturing Experience is a must.
- Need a project systems consultant, not a FICO consultant.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $166,400 – $166,400 per year (Estimated)
