Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and certified Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Developer with extensive experience in designing and implementing technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Pega CDH v8.8 and a proven track record of leading the design, elaboration, and implementation of business processes, strategies, rules, and analytical models. This role is crucial for enhancing our customer decisioning capabilities and driving business value through advanced Pega functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, elaboration, and implementation of business processes, strategies, rules, and analytical models using Pega CDH.
  • Develop and manage Decisioning components including decision tables, scorecards, filters, strategy sets, switches, and rankings.
  • Update and optimize Decisioning strategies and designs to meet evolving business needs.
  • Design and implement data models to extend Pega frameworks, including class structures, hierarchies, and use cases.
  • Create and manage new treatment groups, classes, properties, and data elements within Pega.
  • Evaluate the impact of change requests on existing logic and update design documents accordingly.
  • Develop custom system integration solution components as required by business needs.
  • Apply design principles of decisioning strategies, Next Best Action, and predictive analysis.
  • Integrate with external systems using APIc (Azure) and manage file storage and secure file transfer technologies.
  • Work within an Agile methodology, preferably SAFe, to deliver solutions within structured timeframes.
  • Perform hands-on testing within the Pega 8.x platform.
  • Collaborate with teams for deployment and code-merge activities.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with business and technology teams.
  • Work in an onshore/offshore support model, coordinating with offshore teams.
  • Utilize version control and automation tools such as GitHub and RTC.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) with strong Decisioning expertise.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Pega CDH v8.8.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading design, elaboration, and implementation of business processes, strategies, rules, and analytical models (Adaptive, Predictive, VBD), Alert Designer, Action & Offer Management life cycle, Propensities, Scoring and Modeling (CAR), Customer interaction history, Profiles, Journeys, identification and matching.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading class structure/hierarchy/use case design and data model to extend Pega framework(s).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in creating new treatment groups, classes, properties, data elements within Pega.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in evaluating impact of change requests to logic and updating the design document as necessary.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building/updating Decisioning components (decision table, scorecard, filter, strategy set, switch, and ranking), updating Decisioning strategies and design.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing custom systems integration solution components.
  • Good working experience and skills in applying design principles of decisioning strategies, Next Best Action, and Predictive analysis.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in APIc (Azure) integration, file storage, and secure file transfer technologies.
  • Experience in Agile methodology; SAFe methodology preferred.
  • Hands-on testing experience within Pega 8.x platform(s).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with teams to perform deployment and code-merge activities.
  • Good communication and collaborative skills.
  • Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model.
  • Experience working with GitHub, RTC, automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with PostgreSQL, Oracle, IBM DB2, and other database types.
  • 1-3 years of experience and working knowledge in SalesForce Marketing/Service cloud.
  • 1-3 years of experience and working knowledge in APIc (AWS), Benz (AWS), Braze (SaaS) technologies and authentication protocols.
  • Experience in IVR Technologies like AYAYA, CISCO, Chatbot etc.

Experience Required:

  • 8+ years of overall experience.
  • 6+ months contract duration.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
