Job Description: Pega Developer
We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join our team for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Pega development, specifically with Pega PRPC / Pega 7/8. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing Pega solutions, including workflow and case management functionalities. You will also be responsible for integrating Pega applications with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Pega applications according to business requirements.
- Implement complex workflows and case management solutions using Pega.
- Design and develop integrations between Pega and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in Pega development.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega features and industry trends.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Pega Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC / Pega 7/8.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing workflow and case management solutions.
- Experience with enterprise system integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Additional Information:
- This is a long-term contract position.
- The role is based in Charlotte, NC, with a hybrid work model.
- Candidates must be local to North Carolina.
- Final round interviews will be conducted face-to-face (F2F).
- Independent Visa is required for this position.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
