Job Summary
Scalable Systems Inc. is seeking a skilled Pega Developer for an immediate opening in Schaumburg, IL. This is a 100% onsite position requiring hands-on experience with Pega PRPC and relevant certifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance domain, particularly commercial insurance, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and implement Pega solutions according to business requirements.
- Utilize Pega PRPC for application development and configuration.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Pega best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications.
- Integrate Pega applications with other enterprise systems using APIs.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega features and technologies, including Constellation and GenAI/AI.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with Pega PRPC (PegaRULES Process Commander).
- Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) or LSA (Lead System Architect) Certification is required.
- Experience with Pega Constellation UI framework.
- Experience in the insurance domain, with a preference for Commercial Insurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with API Integration is preferred.
- Knowledge of GenAI/AI concepts is a plus.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
