Job Description: Pega Developer
We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) and workflow solutions using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Pega PRPC, demonstrate strong analytical abilities, and be capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement BPM and workflow solutions using the Pega Platform.
- Utilize Pega PRPC for development and configuration.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain Pega rules, flows, activities, and user interfaces.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications.
- Optimize Pega applications for performance and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pega Developer.
- Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC (PegaRULES Process Commander).
- Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) principles and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing Pega solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Pega architecture and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
