Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This is a C2C (Corp-to-Corp) contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pega platform capabilities and experience in developing and implementing Pega solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications according to business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements.
- Develop and maintain Pega rules, flows, and data models.
- Perform unit testing and ensure the quality and performance of Pega solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Pega environment.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and best practices.
- Work closely with other development team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pega Developer.
- In-depth knowledge of the Pega platform, including PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC).
- Experience with Pega case management, workflow design, and UI development.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
