Role Overview: Senior Pega Developer
Digital Dhara is seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Pega Developer for a critical onsite role in Sunrise, Florida. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a significant focus on the Pega PRPC platform. As a Senior Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications that drive business efficiency and digital transformation for our premier clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex Pega applications using Pega Infinity and earlier versions.
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions following Pega Best Practices and Guardrails.
- Implement Case Management, Data Modeling, and UI/UX components within the Pega ecosystem.
- Develop and manage integration services (REST, SOAP) to connect Pega with external enterprise systems.
- Optimize application performance through profiling, debugging, and database tuning.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience with at least 7 years dedicated to Pega development.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Pega architecture, including the Rule Resolution engine and Class Structure design.
- Experience with Pega Cloud and on-premise deployments.
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.
Work Environment and Location
This is a strictly onsite position located in Sunrise, Florida. Candidates must be prepared to work from the client office daily. Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
