Position Summary
As a Pega Lead Business Analyst (LBA), you will be at the forefront of digital transformation within the Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance (BCM&I) sectors. This role is specifically tailored for a professional who understands the intricacies of the Pega Infinity Platform and the revolutionary Constellation UX. You will lead the charge in designing modular, user-centric applications that streamline complex financial workflows while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of domain expertise and technical mastery of the Pega ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis efforts for Pega projects in Banking Capital Markets and Insurance focusing on Constellation UX and modular design.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure business requirements reflect domain-specific needs such as regulatory compliance, financial product workflows, and insurance processing.
- Define and document functional specifications, process flows, and data mappings tailored to BCM and Insurance operations.
- Ensure alignment with Common Data Model and enterprise integration standards across financial and insurance systems.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and change control with a strong understanding of domain-specific KPIs and SLAs.
- Strategic Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization using Pega’s low-code capabilities.
- Technical Oversight: Collaborate with Lead System Architects (LSAs) to ensure that the proposed business solutions are technically viable and adhere to enterprise standards.
Required Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of business analysis experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically dedicated to Pega projects. A strong understanding of the Pega Infinity Platform and Constellation UX is mandatory. You must have experience working with Common Data Model and integration requirements. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this lead role. A Pega Business Architect certification is strictly required for this position.
Domain Expertise
Candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of the Banking and Insurance industries. This includes knowledge of regulatory frameworks, financial instruments, and the operational lifecycle of insurance products. Your ability to apply Pega solutions to these specific business challenges will be a primary measure of performance.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
