Role: PeopleSoft Consultant
Ocean Blue Corp is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Consultant with strong communication skills to join their team. This role involves leveraging expertise in PeopleSoft to support client projects and ensure successful implementation and maintenance of PeopleSoft solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level consultation on PeopleSoft modules and functionalities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into PeopleSoft solutions.
- Configure, customize, and implement PeopleSoft modules as per client needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PeopleSoft applications.
- Develop and deliver training to end-users.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft features and industry best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the PeopleSoft environment.
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Consultant.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, Campus Solutions).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with PeopleSoft configuration, customization, and development tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
