Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Peoplesoft Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Database, AI integration (LLMs), and AWS hosting. This is a long-term, onsite position requiring expertise in PeopleCode programming, App Engine development, and Enterprise-level system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Peoplesoft Finance modules using PeopleCode and App Engine.
  • Design and implement integrations with large enterprise systems and other business units.
  • Manage complex multi-geography scenarios, including foreign currency management.
  • Leverage AI technologies, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) like Gemini or Co-pilot, for enhanced functionality and insights.
  • Utilize AWS services for hosting and deployment, demonstrating AWS practitioner-level knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system performance and data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Peoplesoft, Oracle DB, AI, and AWS.
  • Contribute to the strategic use of AI in business processes.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Extensive Peoplesoft Finance development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in PeopleCode programming and App Engine development.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Database.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI/LLMs (e.g., Gemini, Co-pilot) and their application in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with AWS hosting and services; AWS practitioner certification is preferred.
  • Experience in managing complex multi-geography implementations, including foreign currency handling.
  • Enterprise-level development and integration experience.
  • Ability to develop solutions on the fly and adapt to evolving project needs.

Preferable Experience:

  • Adding connections and integrations with large systems or other business units.
  • Experience with GitHub.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
