Job Title: PeopleSoft Developer
We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Developer with a strong background in public sector experience, specifically within Health & Human Services or similar government departments. The role requires the candidate to currently reside in Texas. This is a remote position with a C2C payment structure.

Rate:
$65/hr on C2C
Visa Requirements:
- USC (United States Citizen)
- GC (Green Card Holder)
- GC-EAD (Green Card with Employment Authorization Document)
- H4EAD (Dependent Visa with Employment Authorization Document)
Must-Have Requirements (Strict):
- Public Sector Experience is Mandatory (No Exceptions).
- Experience with Health & Human Services or similar government departments.
- Must currently reside in Texas.
- Strong ATS/keyword-optimized resume (AI-screened).
Technical Stack:
- ERP Platform: PeopleSoft Financials
- PeopleSoft Tools: PeopleTools (8.59+)
- Programming Languages: SQL, PL/SQL, C#, VB.NET
- Databases: Oracle Database, SQL Server
- Legacy Systems: .NET Framework-based applications
- Data Migration: Legacy to PeopleSoft (complex migrations)
- Project Tools: Jira
- Methodology: SDLC, Agile/Scrum
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and reverse-engineer legacy .NET applications.
- Extract and transform business logic into PeopleSoft Financials.
- Perform complex data migration from legacy systems to PeopleSoft.
- Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools.
- Work with Oracle DB and SQL Server stored procedures.
- Document technical processes and communicate with stakeholders.
- Participate in SDLC phases (design, development, testing, deployment).
- Support project deliverables, including potential off-hours work.
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years of PeopleSoft development experience.
- 2+ years with PeopleTools (8.59+).
- Strong experience with Oracle Database.
- Ability to read/interpret .NET code (C#, VB.NET).
- Experience with SQL Server stored procedures.
- Experience in complex data migrations (Legacy to PeopleSoft).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Public Sector experience (Federal/State/Local).
- Experience with CPA CAPPS Financials.
- Experience using Jira.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum framework.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,200 – $156,000 per year (Estimated)
