Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft ERP Developer to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise systems. This role involves working on PeopleSoft applications, system integrations, reporting, and performance analysis while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across departments. Prior experience working with State Government systems is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, support, and maintain PeopleSoft ERP systems.
- Design and manage integrations with internal and external (County/State) systems.
- Create and maintain reports, queries, and dashboards for data analysis and business insights.
- Configure and maintain workflows within the ERP system.
- Analyze system defects and performance issues; implement effective resolutions.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements and processes.
- Prepare comprehensive technical design and support documentation.
- Design and develop database objects, including procedures and queries.
- Work within established change control methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft Tools (highly preferred).
- Proficiency in Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL).
- Experience in software development and systems analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and functional areas.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience with system integrations and workflow configurations.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and issue resolution.
Minimum Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience (year-for-year basis).
- 5+ years of experience in software development and systems analysis.
- Prior experience working with State Government systems is required.
Additional Information:
This is a remote position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft ERP and experience in a state government environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
