Job Title: Peoplesoft Finance Consultant
We are seeking a skilled Peoplesoft Finance Consultant to provide L2 application support for various PeopleSoft Financials modules. This role involves analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex functional and technical issues, ensuring system stability, and collaborating with business users to understand and resolve finance process-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 application support for PeopleSoft Financials modules including AP, AR, GL, Supply Chain, Billing, and Contracts.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex functional and technical issues escalated from L1 support.
- Ensure system stability and timely resolution of production incidents.
- Work closely with business users to understand finance processes and resolve associated issues.
- Support key financial processes across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain, Billing, and Contracts.
- Assist with testing during patching, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Utilize PeopleSoft tools such as SQL, PeopleSoft Query, PeopleSoft Process Monitor & Report Manager for support and analysis (read-only or limited development involvement).
- Perform root cause analysis and escalate to L3/development teams when code changes are required.
- Collaborate with L3 technical teams for enhancements and defect fixes.
- Document resolutions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Good knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR, Supply Chain, Billing, Contracts).
- Experience with PeopleSoft tools (SQL, Oracle, PeopleTools stack familiarity).
- Functional understanding of financial processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash).
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information:
- Duration: 6 months contract.
- Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite).
This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of PeopleSoft Finance modules and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at supporting critical financial systems and working effectively within a team environment.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $50 – $70 per year (Estimated)
