About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal AgentOps Engineer to lead the architecture and development of cutting-edge agentic platforms and AI-driven systems. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that drive innovation in the field of AgentOps frameworks. You will work with the latest technologies in AI and cloud computing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and own the development of AgentOps and agentic platform solutions.
- Design and implement robust agent workflows, orchestration mechanisms, and lifecycle management processes.
- Build and optimize advanced AI agent frameworks, focusing on memory, planning, and tool usage capabilities.
- Implement and manage graph database solutions (e.g., Neo4j, Neptune) to support AI agent functionalities.
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, leveraging services such as EKS, Lambda, S3, and others.
- Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and essential platform tooling to ensure efficient development and deployment cycles.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and observability of all developed systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive key technical decision-making processes within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features and products.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong, hands-on experience with AI Agents and Agentic Systems.
- Extensive experience with AWS architecture and cloud-native development.
- Proven experience working with Graph Databases.
- Exceptional coding and system design expertise.
- Demonstrated experience in platform engineering and managing production systems.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning, and data science principles is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)
