Position Summary
CodeTech Inc. is seeking a visionary and strategic Platform Product Manager to lead our Remote Operations Platform in Auburn Hills, MI. This onsite role is pivotal in shaping the future of IoT and connected vehicle services. As a Product Manager, you will be the bridge between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring our platform remains at the cutting edge of the telematics industry. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation and design to implementation and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with our mission and ethical standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of new features and enhancements for the Remote Operations Platform.
- Define and prioritize product features based on rigorous market analysis, customer feedback, and emerging industry trends.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of a comprehensive 3-year strategic roadmap for the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and QA, to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
- Identify market opportunities and potential areas for innovation to maintain a competitive edge in the IoT space.
- Work closely with stakeholders and customers to gather detailed requirements and actionable feedback.
- Communicate product updates and roadmap plans clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Integrate security and compliance considerations into the core of the product development process.
- Collaborate with the security team to implement robust measures in alignment with industry regulations.
- Drive initiatives to improve the quality, reliability, and performance of the platform, including fault tolerance and load testing.
- Advocate for user-centric design and usability, ensuring an intuitive and accessible experience for all users.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and competitive landscapes to recommend new features.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an advanced Engineering degree; MBA with Product Management experience is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment, specifically with remote telematics or IoT products.
- Strong understanding of remote operations, IoT architecture, and connected vehicle services.
- Knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards, and ethical considerations in data management.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level vision into actionable, technical plans.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $140,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
