Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power Automate (Cloud) Developer with a strong foundational knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles. This role is critical for a large enterprise environment where automation is the key to scaling security operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise IAM/PAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, SailPoint, ServiceNow, and Active Directory. You will apply your expertise to design and build scalable automations that streamline support processes and reduce operational load for Tier 1 support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Power Automate (Cloud) flows to support IAM and PAM processes.
- Build robust integrations with enterprise tools including Entra ID, SailPoint, ServiceNow, CyberArk, and Active Directory.
- Implement advanced exception handling, logging, and monitoring to ensure the reliability of automated workflows.
- Optimize existing automations for performance, maintainability, and enterprise-grade scalability.
- Translate manual IAM/PAM operational workflows into automated processes, including access provisioning/deprovisioning and password rotation.
- Develop event-driven automations triggered by security logs, alerts, and ServiceNow tickets.
- Collaborate with IAM engineers and security teams to gather requirements and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of dedicated experience with Power Automate (Cloud) development.
- Strong understanding of IAM & PAM fundamentals, including RBAC, privileged account lifecycles, and identity governance.
- Experience with at least two of the following: Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, or CyberArk.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, JSON, and webhooks.
- Excellent analytical skills to simplify complex manual workflows into digital logic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience automating IAM workflows in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or C# programming.
- Background in cybersecurity, IT operations, or identity engineering.
- Understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow catalog automation.

Success in this role is defined by a measurable reduction in manual Tier 1 IAM/PAM workloads. You will be expected to deliver faster, more reliable responses to identity-related alerts and incidents while maintaining well-documented and scalable workflow automations that meet strict enterprise security standards.
Special Requirements
C2C (Corp-to-Corp) role. Location: Atlanta, GA. Requires experience with at least two: Entra ID, ServiceNow, SailPoint, or CyberArk.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
