Job Description: Power BI Developer with QuickBase

We are looking for a talented Power BI Developer with QuickBase expertise to join our client’s team in Plano, TX. This hybrid role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing data analytics solutions using Quickbase and Power BI.

  • QuickBase & Power BI Development: Design, develop, and enhance Quickbase applications including tables, relationships, forms, reports, dashboards, and user roles. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Create visually clear, insightful analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business users, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Integration: Integrate Quickbase with external systems and data sources such as APIs, Excel, and databases.
  • Data Modeling: Design data models and semantic layers to support efficient Power BI reporting.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
  • Support: Provide production support, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Quickbase applications to meet business needs.
  • Create interactive and insightful Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Connect to various data sources and perform data transformations.
  • Optimize data models and queries for performance.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Quickbase and Power BI.
  • Stay current with the latest features and best practices in Quickbase and Power BI.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced Power BI skills including data visualization, DAX, and data source connectivity.
  • Strong Quickbase expertise.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront including workflow configuration, task automation, and tool customization is a plus.
  • Experience with integrating Quickbase with external systems and data sources.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
