Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform & SharePoint Online Developer to join our team in Austin, TX. This hybrid role requires a local candidate (within 50 miles) who can design, develop, and support enterprise-level automation solutions and intranet environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and SharePoint Online administration, with a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions. You will be instrumental in driving digital transformation by automating manual processes and optimizing our collaborative environments.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy comprehensive Power Platform solutions to automate critical business processes.
- Convert legacy PDF forms into modern Microsoft Forms, including full redesign, testing, and workflow integration.
- Develop sophisticated automated workflows using Power Automate, incorporating multi-stage approvals, notifications, and deep SharePoint integration.
- Design and implement SharePoint Online intranet sites and HUB sites to improve organizational communication.
- Lead the migration of content from Drupal CMS (v10.6.2+) to SharePoint Online, ensuring data integrity and structural consistency.
- Manage SharePoint site collections, permissions, document libraries, and lists according to best practices.
- Maintain robust SharePoint security, governance, and compliance standards across all environments.
- Resolve high-level helpdesk tickets related to Power Platform and SharePoint functionality.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Provide comprehensive technical documentation, user training, and mentoring to junior staff members.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all developed solutions and integrated platforms.
Technical Skill Set
- Expertise in Power Platform, specifically Power Automate and Power BI.
- Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online development and administration.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for SharePoint customization and UI enhancement.
- Experience with M365 integration and enterprise-level governance.
- Familiarity with CMS migration strategies, particularly from Drupal to SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Forms and its integration capabilities.
- Knowledge of enterprise security protocols and data protection standards.
Experience and Education
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workflow automation and process optimization.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint Online development and administration.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environments.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or SharePoint Online are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
Special Requirements
Hybrid (local under 50 miles); Need Local at Austin, Texas; Drupal to SharePoint migration experience preferred.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
