Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Integration Consultant to join our team. This role requires a strong background in telecom integrations, including activation, billing, and provisioning systems, as well as expertise in enterprise cloud transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and architect integration solutions for complex enterprise environments.
- Drive cloud transformation initiatives, leveraging expertise in AWS/GCP.
- Implement and manage Kubernetes, microservices, and DevSecOps practices.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Design and implement event streaming and data integration solutions.
- Ensure robust observability and monitoring of integrated systems.
- Architect and manage hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Oversee zero-downtime migration strategies.
- Lead large technical programs and manage cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with LLM/Agentic AI, RAG-based intelligent integrations, and platform engineering is a significant advantage.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in telecom integrations (activation, billing, provisioning).
- Proven experience in enterprise cloud transformation.
- Expertise in AWS/GCP.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices, DevSecOps, CI/CD, event streaming, data integrations, and observability.
- Background in hybrid/multi-cloud architecture.
- Experience with zero-downtime migrations.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large technical programs and teams.
- Familiarity with LLM/Agentic AI, RAG-based intelligent integrations, and platform engineering is highly desirable.
Location and Employment Type
- Location: Denver, CO
- Work Schedule: Onsite 4 days per week
- Employment Type: W2 (Assumed based on typical US recruiting practices for this level of role, can be adjusted if C2C/1099 is specified)

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
