Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic Retail Online Store team. The primary focus of this role will be driving enhancements to key purchase flow shopping pages, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner on driving a large, ongoing initiative, influencing design solutions, and defining detailed requirements.

- Establish and execute a robust go-live strategy for new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Analyze user feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent education. A technical background is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record in leading purchase flow enhancements being a significant advantage.
- Experience in product or project management for a large internet site is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and adaptable environment.
- Openness to developing deep technical knowledge related to the product.

Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
