Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in B2B payment platforms and digital payment ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building or managing payment solutions like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Zelle, and a deep understanding of financial systems. This role requires working closely with banking and financial clients such as Bank of America, Visa, and Mastercard, as well as high-tech companies like Apple to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric payment products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for B2B payment solutions and digital payment platforms.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
  • Drive integration with payment gateways, banking APIs, ACH networks, RTP (Real-Time Payments), and card networks.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure PCI-DSS compliance, security standards, and regulatory adherence.
  • Analyze product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation in digital payments and B2B transactions.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends such as embedded finance, open banking, and fintech innovations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in payments, fintech, or banking domain.
  • Proven experience with B2B payment systems, digital wallets, or real-time payment platforms.
  • Strong understanding of: Payment processing (ACH, Wire, SWIFT, RTP), Card networks and tokenization, APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience working with financial institutions or payment networks like Bank of America, Visa, or Mastercard.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with high-scale payment platforms such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  • Exposure to fintech startups or digital payment companies.
  • Knowledge of fraud detection systems, KYC/AML processes, and risk management frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Salary: $70 – $90 per year
