Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Product Manager to lead product initiatives and manage third-party partnerships. This role requires a strong understanding of business objectives, customer needs, and technology collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure optimal customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in credit card authorization (preferred) and strong expertise in third-party vendor management, compliance, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business objectives and customer needs; develop innovative solutions to meet those needs
- Collaborate closely with Technology teams to ensure best-in-class product delivery and customer outcomes
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and third-party service providers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with product operations and cross-functional teams
- Monitor and improve third-party servicing processes to minimize risks and protect corporate reputation
- Conduct contract testing to ensure compliance with AEMP 10 requirements
- Oversee implementation of products/services across third-party vendors ensuring:
- Quality delivery
- Risk mitigation
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
- Partner with Operations Excellence, Business, and Product teams to:
- Identify process gaps
- Create and streamline workflows
- Track vendor performance through:
- SLA monitoring
- Progress reporting
- Process controls
- Ensure supplier compliance with organizational standards and requirements
- Drive audit readiness and remediation activities
- Serve as an escalation point for partner-related issues and incidents
- Manage third-party lifecycle activities:
- Pre-contract
- Post-contract
- Termination
- Identify opportunities to build dashboards and provide leadership reporting
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of:
- Product lifecycle management
- Third-party/vendor management
- Process optimization and governance
- Experience working with technology teams and business stakeholders
- Knowledge of:
- SLA tracking and reporting
- Risk management and compliance
- Process controls and audits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
Special Requirements
Onsite, Credit card authorization experience preferred, Contract testing for AEMP 10 compliance, Third-party vendor management, Compliance, Process optimization, Risk mitigation, Regulatory and compliance standards adherence, Audit readiness and remediation, Escalation point for partner issues, Third-party lifecycle management.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
