- 4+ yrs of experience as a Product Owner in banking domain.
- Use JIRA to create, manage, and refine user stories and backlog items.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and clearly articulate the business point of view.
- Coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills in daily interactions.
- Help identify and remove team blockers using interpersonal skills and critical thinking.
- Apply a solid understanding of Agile cadence, sprint ceremonies, and story-writing best practices.
