Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with UAT cycles, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog
- Lead product planning, execution, and delivery across multiple projects
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for automation
- Ensure alignment of product deliverables with business goals and strategies
- Influence and build strong relationships with key partners to drive collaboration
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to all organizational levels
- Strong knowledge of Product Owner roles, responsibilities, and best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with UAT cycles
- Experience in: Strategic planning, Risk management, Change management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable plans
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and time-critical environment
- Strong learning agility, curiosity, and adaptability

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
