Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team. The Product Owner will act as the voice of the customer, clearly defining and communicating product vision, goals, and priorities. This role involves translating business needs into actionable user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and actively participating in Agile ceremonies to ensure value realization. The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile certifications and experience in product management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the voice of the customer by clearly defining and communicating product vision, goals, and priorities.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize backlog items based on value, risk, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
- Participate actively in Iteration Planning, Team Demos, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure alignment and value realization.
- Make timely decisions to keep delivery progressing and remove ambiguity related to product requirements.
- Partner closely with the Scrum Master and Agile team to support effective execution and continuous improvement.
- Review and accept completed work to ensure it meets defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
- Support roadmap planning, release planning, and incremental delivery of product features.
- Coordinate with other Product Owners and Agile teams to manage dependencies and align across programs.
- Use Agile metrics, customer feedback, and data-driven insights to continuously refine product direction.
- Maintain product artifacts in tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring transparency and traceability.
- Ensure compliance with established standards for documentation, quality, and governance where applicable.
Minimum Requirements:
- Hold one or more relevant Agile certifications such as SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent certification from Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org.
