Role Overview:

Sight Spectrum is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team. This role is crucial for defining and driving the product vision for our Clinical Payment system. You will be responsible for translating business goals into detailed product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality payment features that align with clinical outcomes and organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for the Clinical Payment system based on business goals, market needs, and user feedback. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for clinical payment features or product lines. Partner with leadership to prioritize payment initiatives that align with organizational strategy and clinical outcomes.
  • Clinical Payment Platform Expertise & Requirements Gathering: Translate payment workflows, guidelines, and best practices into detailed product requirements. Collaborate with Payment leads, subject-matter experts, and data partners to validate use cases and ensure product decisions support clinical effectiveness. Serve as the clinical voice in cross-functional discussions.
  • Product Development & Execution: Work closely with engineering, design, regulatory, and QA teams to guide products from concept through development, testing, and launch. Create detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely releases and high-quality delivery.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Engage Payment leads, customers, and partners to gather continuous feedback and drive product adoption. Lead Payment product demos, training, and other initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations related to clinical payment features.
  • Data, Analytics & Outcomes: Define clinical KPIs and measure product impact on patient outcomes, workflow efficiencies, and safety metrics. Partner with analytics teams to evaluate product performance and guide continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare or clinical payments domain is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Remote
