Job Description: Product Owner with Twilio
We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner with 5+ years of experience, specifically as a Technical Product Owner, to join our team. This is a remote position requiring end-to-end inbound contact center experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Technical Product Owner with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Possess strong database (DB) knowledge with hands-on SQL skills to handle complex data needs.
- Manage end-to-end inbound contact center operations from a technical product perspective.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage demanding stakeholders.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear and concise User Stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Leverage extensive knowledge of Twilio Voice and end-to-end contact center functionalities.
- Be a self-driven individual with strong interpersonal skills.
- Independently lead business discovery sessions.
- Own the end-to-end implementation process from a product standpoint.
- Familiarity with Twilio Insights is required.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance needs for reporting is essential.
- Exposure to Twilio Voice AI is a plus.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
