About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Data Visualization and Financial Services to join our team in Oaks, PA. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and owning the roadmap for wealth management platforms, translating business needs into detailed user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, build, and own the roadmap for wealth management platforms, aligning with business objectives and client needs.
- Translate user needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining a prioritized product backlog.
- Partner with advisors, marketing, compliance, and technology teams to deliver high-quality, secure products.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retro) and guide the team in producing high-value, scalable solutions.
- Utilize data, research, and design thinking to enhance client-facing digital platforms.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Domain Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management.
- Technical Knowledge: 5+ years of experience with Analytical Dashboard/ Reporting for Financial systems using tools like Power BI with knowledge of SQL.
- Agile Expertise: Proficiency in Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Technology.

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
