Role Overview: Program Architect (ADMS & AWS)
DevRabbit IT Solutions Inc. is looking for senior-level Program Architects specializing in ADMS and AWS CCaaS for a high-profile onsite engagement in Downtown Dallas, TX. This role requires a strategic thinker with over 10 years of experience who can lead complex architectural initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-scale solutions. The position demands a physical presence in the office five days a week and involves a mandatory face-to-face interview process. You will be responsible for defining the technical vision and providing the roadmap for large-scale digital transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) or AWS-based CCaaS solutions.
- Develop comprehensive architectural blueprints that align with business goals and technical requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, performance metrics, and security standards.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance the existing architectural landscape.
- Ensure that all solutions are scalable, resilient, and cost-effective.
- Manage the integration of third-party services and legacy systems into modern cloud environments.
- Conduct regular architectural reviews and provide guidance on best practices.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and deployment plans.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for program leadership and client executives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of mandatory experience in Information Technology.
- At least 7 years of experience specifically in architecting applications and enterprise solutions.
- For the ADMS role: 3+ years of experience in Architecting ADMS Solutions.
- For the AWS role: 3+ years of experience in architecting Amazon CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to work onsite in Downtown Dallas 5 days a week.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $185,000 – $245,000 per year
