Role Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Program Manager specializing in Sales CRM with a robust background in the Healthcare domain. This position is based in Long Beach, CA, and requires a hybrid work model with an onsite presence of three days per week. The successful candidate will lead large-scale, multi-track CRM programs that support critical Sales, Broker, and Provider operations. This is a high-impact role requiring end-to-end ownership of CRM initiatives, specifically leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, from initial strategy and roadmap definition through to execution, governance, and final value realization. You will be responsible for ensuring that all technological solutions align with the overarching business goals of the organization while maintaining the highest standards of delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and oversee end-to-end Sales CRM programs on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring seamless alignment across multiple workstreams, global releases, and diverse geographies.
- Define comprehensive program scopes, objectives, and success metrics, creating detailed delivery roadmaps that are strictly aligned with desired business outcomes and ROI.
- Orchestrate integrated planning efforts across Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, complex third-party integrations, data migration, and advanced reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, sales operations, IT departments, compliance officers, and external vendor ecosystems.
- Establish and lead robust program governance structures, including steering committees, executive reviews, and comprehensive RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) management.
- Translate complex business requirements from Sales, Broker, Marketing, and Provider teams into actionable technical deliverables and CRM workflows.
- Proactively manage risks and escalations with clearly defined mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines are met without compromising quality.
- Ensure all CRM solutions comply with healthcare-specific regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, PHI handling, and stringent data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with security and legal teams to embed necessary controls into Dynamics 365 workflows and system integrations.
- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and onshore/offshore delivery models to ensure operational efficiency and benefit realization.
Technical and Domain Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Program Management or Large-Scale Project Management within the Information Technology sector.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience specifically managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM implementations and large-scale programs.
- Deep expertise in the Healthcare domain (Payer, Provider, or Health Services) with a clear understanding of sales and broker operations.
- Proven experience with complex migration projects, specifically transitioning from Salesforce (SFDC) to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies, with the ability to adapt to the specific needs of the project.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to present complex technical information to executive-level leadership.
- Experience overseeing integrations between Dynamics 365 and upstream/downstream systems such as enrollment, claims, billing, and provider data analytics.
Compliance and Governance
The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all CRM workflows and integrations embed necessary security controls. This includes collaborating with legal and compliance teams to maintain audit readiness and documentation for healthcare-specific controls. You will guide technical teams on best practices for Dynamics 365 architecture and environment strategy to ensure scalable and future-ready solutions. Furthermore, you will track benefits realization and value delivery tied to sales productivity, pipeline visibility, and overall operational efficiency within the healthcare provider landscape.
Special Requirements
Onsite requirement: 3 days per week in Long Beach, CA. Domain restriction: Healthcare (Payer/Provider). Technical requirement: Migration experience from SFDC to MS Dynamics. Compliance: HIPAA and PHI handling expertise required.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
