Position Summary: Program Manager with Data Analytics
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Program Manager with deep expertise in Data Analytics to join our Infrastructure Data & Analytics (ID&A) team in New York, NY. This is a high-visibility, Day 1 onsite role within the Technology Business Enablement (TBE) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the data, tooling, and insights that drive technology infrastructure prioritization, cost transparency, and commercial efficiency across the entire enterprise. You will lead the design and engineering of tools that power executive decision-making regarding technology resources and multi-million dollar investments. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, technical execution, and data analytics skills to mature and expand the Tech Ops sizing process and tracking across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities and Strategic Execution
- Support the design and transformation of Technology business management processes and lead change management communications for key cross-functional programs.
- Develop robust processes, data requirements, and training modules for integrating Tech Ops into Technology Investment Planning and agile ways of working.
- Collaborate with data owners and product managers within the Technology and Infrastructure data domains to define user journeys and system rationalization for the enterprise reporting ecosystem.
- Drive risk mitigation, cross-functional collaboration, and consensus across Tech Ops (Infrastructure, Information Security, and Digital Workplace) and TBE teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Tech Ops functions in process adoption and alignment discussions with Technology, Product, and Portfolio leads.
- Develop comprehensive communications and cross-functional program management frameworks to deliver on and track shared goals and KPIs.
- Perform deep-dive business data analysis to extract strategic leadership insights and enable proper governance of data completion and improvements.
- Draft impactful and comprehensive communications, presentations, and talking points for key business reviews and executive discussions.
- Facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to product development through regular retrospectives and project standups.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 7+ years of experience working as a Program Manager or in an equivalent leadership role within a Technology Business Enablement or data analytics team.
- Proven track record of implementing large, complex processes or programs with multiple partners across technical and non-technical functions.
- Self-starter capability with the ability to execute effectively with minimal direction and contribute significant analytical input in a complex environment.
- Outstanding influential and collaboration skills; ability to drive consensus and tangible outcomes by breaking down silos and fostering cross-team communication.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data insights to inform product decisions and support data-driven optimization efforts.
- Experience in high-visibility, high-pressure, strategic transformation programs with demonstrated execution and delivery skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a strong personal presence and active listening abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or another technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills and Domain Expertise
- Experience working with technology infrastructure, information security, or digital workplace teams is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages is a significant plus.
- Experience with portfolio-type personas and defining clear roles and responsibilities for new organizational functions.
- Knowledge of TIPc, Permit to X, and Transformation Optimization workstreams.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 per year
