Role Overview

Verito Solutions is looking for a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator to join our team in Hanover, NJ. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional with experience in S4/HANA and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in managing project timelines, coordinating between different departments, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT initiatives. We are specifically looking for local candidates who can work in a hybrid capacity, balancing remote work with essential onsite collaboration. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across various workstreams.
  • Assist in the implementation and migration projects involving SAP S4/HANA.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops related to OTC processes and S4/HANA modules.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Work closely with project managers to define project scope and objectives.
  • Track project costs and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Manage project schedules and ensure all milestones are met on time.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within an IT environment.
  • Solid understanding of SAP S4/HANA and Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Hanover, NJ.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP or CAPM certification is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in large-scale ERP implementations.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
