Role Overview
Verito Solutions is looking for a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator to join our team in Hanover, NJ. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional with experience in S4/HANA and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in managing project timelines, coordinating between different departments, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT initiatives. We are specifically looking for local candidates who can work in a hybrid capacity, balancing remote work with essential onsite collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across various workstreams.
- Assist in the implementation and migration projects involving SAP S4/HANA.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops related to OTC processes and S4/HANA modules.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Work closely with project managers to define project scope and objectives.
- Track project costs and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Manage project schedules and ensure all milestones are met on time.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within an IT environment.
- Solid understanding of SAP S4/HANA and Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflows.
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Hanover, NJ.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- PMP or CAPM certification is a significant advantage.
- Experience in large-scale ERP implementations.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
