Job Summary
This role is for a Project/Delivery Manager responsible for driving day-to-day execution of data and AI initiatives. The manager will ensure teams stay unblocked and moving toward milestones, coordinate closely with engineering, BI, and business stakeholders to push deliverables forward, and maintain momentum. The position involves facilitating meetings, tracking follow-ups, ensuring decisions and action items are completed quickly, and escalating risks early to proactively resolve issues and keep delivery on schedule and aligned with expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day execution of data and AI initiatives.
- Ensure teams stay unblocked and moving toward milestones.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, BI, and business stakeholders to push deliverables forward.
- Maintain project momentum and facilitate effective communication.
- Facilitate meetings, track follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of decisions and action items.
- Escalate risks early and proactively resolve issues to keep delivery on schedule.
- Align project delivery with stakeholder expectations.
- Create and execute project plans adapted to the client environment and scope.
- Mentor clients, work on projects independently, participate as a team member, or lead teams of less experienced consultants/clients.
- Build client knowledge and credibility quickly across various industries and verticals.
- Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings logically.
- Execute plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
- Proactively manage risk and influence others.
- Develop a change leadership strategy based on situational awareness of changes and impacted groups.
- Identify potential risks and issues, anticipate points of resistance, and develop mitigation plans.
Minimum Skills Required
- 7+ years of enterprise Project Management/Program Management experience supporting data-related and/or digital transformation projects.
- 7+ years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to travel at least 25%.
Preferred Skills
- 10+ years of enterprise Technical Program Management experience supporting data projects.
- Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- “Big 4” Management Consulting experience and/or multiple industry exposure.
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred.
Work Environment
- This is an onsite role in Mahwah, NJ.
- The duration is a 6-month contract.
- Ability to travel up to 25% is required.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $75 – $95 per year (Estimated)
