Job Overview
Aditi LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to oversee IT service delivery and operational support projects. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience managing IT initiatives within a structured, production-oriented environment. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring compliance with SLAs, CONUS-only requirements, and Agency policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall oversight, coordination, and governance for contract services.
- Serve as the primary Agency point of contact for IT service delivery.
- Coordinate service schedules and oversee incident escalation and communications.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), CONUS-only requirements, and Agency policies.
- Coordinate emergency and after-hours response.
- Track service performance and report on key metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing IT service delivery, operational support projects, or technology initiatives.
- Experience working within a structured, production-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with IT service management best practices.
Location
The primary location for this role is South Carolina. Candidates local to SC, NC, or GA are preferred.

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
