Job Title: Project Manager with Salesforce Experience
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience, specifically with Salesforce expertise, to join our team on a contract basis. This role is for local candidates in Cupertino, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning execution at the capability level for the Salesforce program, managing key cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own execution at the capability level for the Salesforce program, including reporting and cross-portfolio impact assessment.
- Manage tools that business teams use to stay aligned and communicate internally.
- Act as a program management function for key cross-functional initiatives within Sales.
- Track and manage project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
- Assure the delivery of highly visible cross-functional programs.
- Plan business deployment and track activities related to business go-live.
- Utilize strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement mindset to drive root cause analysis and extract actionable insights.
- Manage competing priorities and ensure thoroughness in deliverables.
- Write user stories and test scripts.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather lessons learned from implementation with business, BPR, and Information Technology groups (IS&T).
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of managing complex and highly integrated projects with a technical component.
- Experience writing user stories & test scripts required.
- Well-versed in multiple styles of Release & Change Management processes including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative.
- Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement mindset.
- Ability to use data to tell a story, drive root cause analysis, and extract actionable insights.
- Passionate about driving quality & efficiency within a project organization.
- Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
- Ability to foster positive relationships and communicate at all organizational levels.
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others.
- Ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.
- High level of professionalism, energy, and a sense of urgency.
- Self-motivated, driven individual comfortable working in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity.
- Experience with agile methodologies.

Education:
- Bachelors degree required.
- PMI/PMP certification preferred.
- Agile certification preferred.
