Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced PROJECT MANAGER with a strong background in Enterprise Program & Project Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Utility Industry, specifically in Metering, Meter Operations, and Billing, as well as Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure successful delivery of programs involving complex utility operations.
• Apply expertise in Governance, Risk & Dependency Management for multi-year, large-scale programs.
• Utilize knowledge and experience in Agile & Hybrid delivery models to optimize project execution.
• Manage executive stakeholders and vendors effectively to ensure project alignment and success.
• Leverage knowledge and experience of Smart Metering systems and their components.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Required Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience in the Utility Industry, with a focus on Metering, Meter Operations, Billing, and Customer Service.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
• Strong understanding and application of Governance, Risk & Dependency Management principles.
• Proficiency in Agile & Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience in executive stakeholder and vendor management.
• Knowledge and experience with Smart Metering systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.

Compensation & Location
