Job Title: Project Manager
Seeking a Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in managing Development projects and 5+ years of Digital Transformations with real estate domain experience. The role requires at least 10+ years of project management or business analyst experience.

Interview Process:

Key Responsibilities:
- Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved. Possess assertiveness in driving project milestones.
- Directly deal with Real Estate Business users and IT stakeholders on the project.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion.
- Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills.
- Interact with 3rd party vendors (Deal Path).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in managing Development projects and 5+ years of Digital Transformations with real estate domain experience.
- At least 10+ years of project management or business analyst experience.
- Must act as the voice of the customer and simulate customer activities.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and software development.
- Experience in Real Estate Commercial Mortgage Lending is an added advantage.
- Tools: MS Project, Excel, JIRA, Clarity PPM/Field Glass, ServiceNow
