Job Title: Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Enterprise Program & Project Management, PMP certification, and extensive experience in the Utility Industry, specifically in Metering, Meter Operations, Billing, and Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation to completion.
- Ensure effective governance, risk, and dependency management for multi-year large programs.
- Utilize Agile and Hybrid delivery models to drive project success.
- Manage executive stakeholders and vendors effectively.
- Oversee projects related to Smart Metering systems and components.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in Enterprise Program & Project Management.
- PMP certification is required.
- Proven experience in the Utility Industry, including Metering, Meter Operations, Billing, and Customer Service.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and dependency management.
- Proficiency in Agile and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge and experience with Smart Metering systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Duration: 6 months
- Employment Type: W2 (Assumed based on common practice for onsite roles, can be clarified)
