Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiative. This role involves developing and executing project plans, managing stakeholders, overseeing vendor relationships, optimizing processes, and facilitating training and change management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a good understanding of CLM systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the CLM initiative, including scoping, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor and manage project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales, legal, procurement, and IT teams, Ops teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders, addressing concerns and maintaining a high level of engagement.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee the selection and management of CLM solution vendors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and contractual agreements. Facilitate communication between the organization and vendors, fostering a positive and productive relationship.
  • Process Optimization: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and optimize contract management processes, enhancing execution, efficiency, and compliance. Implement best practices in CLM to streamline workflows and improve overall contract lifecycle, execution, and monitoring processes.
  • Training and Change Management: Develop and implement training programs for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to new CLM systems and processes. Facilitate change management strategies to address resistance and promote adoption of CLM initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and implement quality assurance measures to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integrity within the CLM systems. Conduct regular audits to identify and address any discrepancies or issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agiloft certified Business Analyst, Agiloft certified Implementer, Agiloft certified Implementation Specialist (Workato Automation Pro 1, Pro 2, Pro 3), Agiloft Certified Project Manager.
  • Experience with Workato Automation.

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
