Role Description:
Senior Project Manager with a specialized background in Property Insurance systems and operations. Proven ability to translate executive leadership goals into actionable project roadmaps. Expert in Scrum and Agile methodologies to drive rapid, high-quality delivery. Experienced in managing complex projects across multiple time zones and international teams. Skilled in providing high-level transparency and data-driven insights to C-suite stakeholders. Focused on end-to-end project success and maintaining consistent operational momentum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for insurance system implementations and operational improvements.
- Develop and execute strategic project plans, aligning with executive leadership objectives.
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.
- Coordinate with global teams across multiple time zones to achieve project milestones.
- Provide executive-level reporting and data-driven insights to C-suite stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent operational momentum and focus on project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.
- Facilitate project meetings, including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Mentor and guide project team members.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
