Job Title: Project Manager
A Project Manager in Application Operations is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of security frameworks and DevOps platforms, overseeing the build and support of middleware components, and reviewing & implementing monitoring requirements. They also manage the transition from build to run and operate phases, ensuring smooth operations and incident management. The role requires strong leadership in incident, problem, and change management during the run and operate phase. Additionally, the Project Manager determines and tracks scope, milestones, tasks, risks, assumptions, objectives, and dependencies relating to projects, creating a governance to report progress. They are constantly on the lookout for areas for implementing automation & new technologies & thereby bring in productivity improvements. They proactively build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities to add value and engage team members as needed.
Required Skills:
- Project Management experience within the Banking industry
- Capital Markets knowledge and exposure
