About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Product Owner with a strong background in the credit card domain, data analysis, and ETL processes. This is an urgent requirement for an onsite position in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project success and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business units.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee and manage Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of the credit card domain.
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
