Role Overview
NAM Info Inc is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Python AI Engineer for an immediate 6-month project based onsite in Cleveland, Ohio. This role is designed for a technical expert who can bridge the gap between advanced artificial intelligence research and production-ready software engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development, fine-tuning, and deployment of sophisticated AI models, with a primary focus on leveraging the Azure OpenAI ecosystem to solve complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance Python scripts and applications that interface seamlessly with Azure OpenAI APIs and associated cloud services.
- Evaluate various Large Language Models (LLMs) within the Azure environment to select, configure, and fine-tune models based on specific project requirements and performance benchmarks.
- Architect and implement comprehensive AI solutions for a variety of Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks, including but not limited to automated text generation, intelligent document summarization, and real-time sentiment analysis.
- Manage the full lifecycle of AI model deployment, including monitoring performance metrics and optimizing models in production to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, maintaining deep knowledge of the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLM architectures, and the broader Azure AI service suite.
- Utilize industry-standard libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers to enhance development speed and model accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI applications are scalable, secure, and capable of meeting the rigorous demands of an enterprise environment.
- Communicate complex technical AI concepts to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders, providing clarity on project progress and technical feasibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate challenges related to model training, data quality, and integration, delivering innovative and practical solutions under tight deadlines.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
- Extensive professional experience in Python programming, specifically within the context of AI and Machine Learning development.
- Proven hands-on experience working with Azure OpenAI models, including practical knowledge of prompt engineering and API integration.
- Solid understanding of MLOps principles, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing for machine learning workflows.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques, feature engineering, and performance tuning for large-scale datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decompose complex requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an onsite, collaborative team environment in Cleveland.

Special Requirements
Visa: Only USC. Onsite requirement in Cleveland, OH. 6 Months Project duration.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,000 – $190,000 per year (Estimated)
