Job Description: Python Developer
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team for an onsite position in Fremont, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, particularly with the FastAPI framework and RESTful APIs/Microservices architecture. This role requires in-depth expertise in Python for high-performance, data-intensive applications, and experience with modern deep learning frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-performance, data-intensive applications using Python.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Utilize the FastAPI framework for building robust backend services.
- Work with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
- Contribute to the development of Rag models.
- Write clean, modular, and sustainable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Experience Expectations:
- Years of Experience: 3-5 years (Mid-Level)
- In-depth expertise in Python for high-performance, data-intensive applications.
- Proficiency with at least one modern deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).
- Specialized knowledge in areas such as large language models and recommender systems.
- Strong foundational understanding of statistics for model comparison.
- Real-world experience deploying and maintaining production machine learning models.
- Passion for writing clean, modular, and sustainable code to transition research into production.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.

- This is an onsite position in Fremont, CA.
- Candidates must bring their laptops for two rounds of interviews.
- One of the interview rounds will include a 45-minute coding review.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
