Role: Python Developer
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our Technology/AI client. This role is focused on building internal tooling, APIs, and libraries that abstract away infrastructure complexity, allowing researchers to concentrate on solving complex Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV), and robotics problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture and large-scale Python development, with experience deploying ML workloads in AWS and integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud services. You will also be responsible for designing CI/CD workflows for research-heavy Python projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust Python applications and services.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for research and development projects.
- Integrate on-premises infrastructure with cloud services, particularly AWS.
- Build internal tools, APIs, and libraries to support research teams.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to understand and address their needs.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and development environments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Python, ML, AWS, and related technologies.
Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years of strong background in software architecture and large-scale Python development.
- Experience deploying ML workloads in AWS.
- Experience integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud services.
- Proven ability to build internal tooling, APIs, and libraries.
- Experience designing CI/CD workflows for research-heavy Python projects.
- MUST HAVE VERY STRONG VERBAL/WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
