Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Princeton, NJ. This is a fully onsite role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Candidates should be open to attending an in-person (F2F) interview as part of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to manage and process data
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Contribute to system design and architecture discussions
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Python development
- Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Proficiency in building REST APIs and microservices
- Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Knowledge of software development best practices and SDLC
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $85 per year (Estimated)
